Once the look had been finalised in Adobe Photoshop, I moved onto animating various parts of the overlay.
Keeping viewer comfort in mind, I created simple, looping animations for each element in Adobe After Effects.
Once these were complete, I assembled the scenes in my software of choice, Streamlabs.

The latest follower and chat widgets were added to each scene via Streamelements, and
implemented as a browser source in Streamlabs. Animated elements were added as a video
source, and a Spotify widget by 6KLabs was added in the space next to the latest follow panel.
